20/04/13 (Saturday) to 21/04/13 (Sunday)
The annual cruise to Portishead marina - travelling over on the Saturday morning, meeting up with the chaps at the Portishead Cruising club who will take us from the marina in their own cars to their club in the Pill for drinks and food. They will then drive us back to the marina to sleep (or carry on the merriment) then heading back to Cardiff Sunday afternoon.
They are a friendly bunch at the club and 2 years ago they had the CYC flotilla sail over and I couldn't have asked for a more helpful group of people. This is a great short trip (3-4 hours across the channel) for everyone, especially those new to sailing to start the year off!
