Steering arm for Yamaha

Just thought I would ask if anyone has a spare steering arm to fit my 1983 Yamaha 40hp 2 stroke, or does anyone know of someone who could fabricate one for me?

Im also looking for a gear shift assembly for my 2003 Yamaha 9.9hp 4 stroke.

There is a top half of a Johnson outboard outside the pontoon shed. If you can adapt any parts from this please help yourself. Brian King.
