Join us on Wednesday evening 16th December for a dangerous night cruise/sail from the YC to Mermaid Quay where we will go ashore for a bevy or two - the Cruisers Christmas Party! As always, mobos are most welcome! (Let's hope no-one actually does any bashing - of pontoons or otherwise!)

Oops - forgot! Just a suggestion that we leave CYC 7.00 - 7.30 pm and make our first port of call Eli Jenkins. Anyone who can not/does not want to come by boat can meet us in there!

I will try to be there, I will have to decide if I'm sailing or not as I don't normally sail and drink. Allan

Is this a liquid only affair? We'd probably want to stop off for food somewhere.

We'll be there, although I'm not yet sure how. Louise will be working and I need to get home on my own, so may meet at the pub.

Re food: Hadn't really planned on having a proper meal so to say, but there are plenty of places to be getting food - Subway, chip shop, Nando's etc. Just thought would play it a bit by ear really, what ever anyone wants to do! Eli Jenkins does food, though don't know what time they finish serving - 9.00 pm I think.

A very good night. Thanks Sheila for sorting it out. Good to see so many people turning up. Funny how it always seems to be Sheila, Vince and myself are the last leave? Allan

Really enjoyed it. Pity Louise was working and we had to go. Really fancied a pint too. Sick of squash.
Good night, apart from that loud drunken Irishman complaining that his cider was not in a bottle.

A bit late, (too busy Thursday & Friday to look at the computer) but thank you all for making the effort to turn up on Wednesday. Next time we'll try to organise something with a bit more notice. A pity the pub was a lot busier than I had anticipated, meaning that the group was a bit split up, but a good night. Cheers all, happy Christmas from Vince & Sheila
