Chausey is probably the last Westerly 33 built. She has a very pleasant interior which includes many of the improvements added to the later Discus model. Described by many as Laurant Giles best hull design Chausey has even won a couple of long distance races. She comes fully fitted out with everything needed to sail away. The engine is a Beta 50hp which was professionally fitted by a Beta agent. There is a Raymarine 12" chart plotter at the helm with integrated radar and AIS receiver. A full set of instruments are fitted over the companionway with a second and completely autonomous GPS system below. There is a new spray hood which has yet to be fitted. There are small, medium and large genoas, a cruising chute and two main sails. All important lines led back to cockpit. All main interior lamps have been changed for LEDs and the three batteries, two domestic and a separate start, are all recent. She has one fixed and one roving solar panel plus a Rutland 913 wind powered generator and controller. Pressurised water system, hot and cold, heated by the engine or shore power. Eberspacher space heating. £24,500 Please contact me via PM. Allan

I'm off to the Caribbean in January and not back until at least June next year. Hence the low price, I hope someone will take her over and give her the sailing miles she deserves. I will probably buy something when I'm back next year. Allan
