Saturday 17th October 2015 High Water WSM 0949
Start 1000 hours Height 11.33m
SAILING INSTRUCTIONS
General
The event is open to all member clubs of the Bristol Channel Yachting Association. Each club team may enter four boats with only the best placed three boats being allocated points in the race. The winning boat will receive ¾ point, 2nd boat – 2 points, 3rd boat – 3 points, and so on. The team with the lowest number of points will be the winner.
This race starts from Weston Bay and finishes at the orange inflatable buoy just off Jackson's Bay. Competitors note their own time and advise on Channel 37. Barry Yacht Club will find berths within the harbour for vessels wishing to stay overnight.
For those who are taking part in the BYC Frostbite Series, racing starts at 0900 on Sunday 18th October HW Cardiff 1039 (so there should be time for you to get back if staying at Barry for the night - might mean an early start though!)
