Just a note to let you know the result of my inquiries as to when this will be open for use.
I emailed the relevant local council and got the following reply.
"The Marina contract in on course to be completed in August 2013.
The Marina will comprise 70 berths of between 6m and 10m, visitor and commercial moorings. A new hydraulic single leaf gate and extended eastern breakwater. Bam Nuttall our contractor have been working tidally over the last few months, which has meant work has been slow and restricted (as expected). The next fortnight will see the cofferdam being set in place and therefore water can be permanently extracted from the Harbour and the remainder of the contract can be completed within a dry dock.
