All going well with the journey home from Poole, I hope to bring my boat (Etap 23i) to the club on Sunday morning.
If anyone has any advice on putting the mast up, or are around the yard on Sunday morning, I would be grateful for any help or advice. Many thanks Keith

Keith, I used to put the mast up on my Etap22i regularly, mostly by myself. Unfortunately, I hope to be away sailing on Sunday. If you tie a good rope to the bottom of the forestay, feed it around the bow roller and back to a winch, then put the mast foot into the tabanacle. Make sure all the rigging is laid out with the backstay connected with no kinks in it. You then have to lift the mast to about 45 degrees. This is easier if you have something like a long stick with a U shape on the end. Once up connect the rigging and assemble the boom sails etc. It really in not too difficult, at least the 22i is OK. If you need any advice, PM me or phone me on the CYC news number. Allan
