I have heard it said that the time to judge a company is not when things go right but how they deal with things that go wrong.
I recently ordered a sail from Crusader Sails and there was a problem. Crusader and myself will never agree on the cause of the problem but all discussions about how to solve it were professional and polite.
I now have a fantastic sail, which is exactly what I wanted and extremely well made with top quality materials.
The price of the sail was no more than other quotes and 30% less than one quote. As it cost me a months wages, I had very high expectations. The sail, the service and the attitude of everybody at Crusader Sails lived up to those expectations.
I would happily recommend then to anyone.
