Louise and I are hoping to have a sail tomorrow. The plan is to lock out around 08:30 and, weather depending, maybe have a sail down around the Holms. Nothing serious, we are just practising, but anyone is more than welcome to join us.
BTW, we usually monitor channel 72 as well as 16, so if you do go out, call us up.

Louise working hard at the helm, I think Martin's gone for a sleep. It was a long day,

I think Martin missed this ship as well when they were stuck in the mist and rain.

Cheers for the pics. Well, we tried. Hardly any wind and a fould tide, followed by mist and drizzle. The beer in the bar was the best part. I did try and stay out of Louise's way most of the time, letting her get used to making her own decisions.
Once the mist came down, and the rain, however, she seemed very keen to get involved in the navigating at the chart table. Washboards went in and the heater went on and she just bellowed out instructions to me in the cockpit whilst she and Tigger tucked into the chocolate biscuits below.
A good day, experience wise, but not great sailing.
