Nigel Burgess sent me this email I dropped down to the bay this afternoon, and saw a yacht called Forward Thinking (!!!) touch bottom in the barrage. They had to open 2 locks at the same time. One to let the queuing sailors in, and one to get Forward Thinking out in reverse. These pictures were taken at just a couple of minutes after 1600 hrs. Low tide was 15.27 1.6 metres. With the recent high pressure it could have been a bit less than that. Forward Thinking is one of CBYC's racers, participates in Fleet 1 of Early Bird etc series.
