Barry Yacht Club 43rd Open Cruiser Highlight Race (formerly TV Race) Sat 18th September
This year the race will be held on Saturday 18th September. The race will start at 1400. Following the race there will be a Sausage and Mash Supper and presentation of prizes.
As with last year the flag officers have decided to again award £200 in “cash prizes”.
I attach a poster for this event and would kindly ask that you display this at your club. I also attach this year’s entry forms, sailing instructions and NOR additional copies will be available on the day. There is no entry fee and competitors should contact Nick Hill, BYC Sailing Secretary to obtain any further information required. You can use your own entry forms if necessary. The sailing Office at the front of the club will be open to take entries on the morning of the race until 1230 and there will be a race briefing at 1245.
The race will be run using the Byron Portsmouth Handicap Numbers (ByPN). Obtaining a handicap is relatively easy and through this web link

Craft that do not have a ByPN will be awarded a number based on ByPN published on the Byron website.
