Im am going to try for Newport Regatta on Sat 18th Sept returning Sunday
High water 1632 should ge able to berth in ther Pill about 2 hrs before
Leaving Cardiff about 1330 lock
They can take about 4 to 6 boats in the Pill and I believe bilge keelers can lie alongside the pontoon on the river
