After meeting up with Allan and Edwina on Chausey last Thursday at Dale
Louise and I managed another trip to Skomer on Friday. I was eager to have a try at Jack Sound. The weather was fair and it was approaching slack as we passed the Garland Stone on the North side of the island:
We briefly stopped off at a mooring buoy in North Haven
before sailing through with the engine off dead on slack water.
Lots of rocks, and I know it can run at up to 6 knots, so we are both very very pleased that we managed it.
